Olivaro Reviews 2026: Is It Legit?

You saw an Olivaro ad and you want to know if the drops are worth your money. Most Olivaro reviews online repeat the sales page. I did not take Olivaro. I read its full label, the sales and order pages, every version of its refund policy and the research on its ingredients. Here is what each document shows.

Is Olivaro worth it? The short answer and score

Is Olivaro worth it?

If you want to try a liquid supplement for metabolism support alongside diet and exercise, I recommend Olivaro. The label lists chromium picolinate and a 200 mg blend of 22 ingredients common in metabolism formulas, with no sugar listed. It has a 60-day guarantee and free US shipping from 3 bottles. My score: 4.3 out of 5.

Overall, the plain average of the five criteria. Each score is explained in the verdict.4.3/5

Olivaro scores well on the things a buyer can check before paying: a simple daily routine, a public label with no sugar listed, a small 200 mg blend with a clear caution on the label, a 60-day guarantee and free shipping on the larger kits. It works best as one part of a plan that already includes diet, activity and regular checkups with your doctor. If you take diabetes or blood pressure medicine, read the medicines section and talk to your doctor first.

What to know before you buy Olivaro

Five practical points from the label and the seller's own pages. They help you buy with clear expectations and keep your refund option open.

1Only chromium has a printed dose

The label prints one amount: chromium, as chromium picolinate, at 0.7 mcg per 1 ml serving, 2% of the Daily Value, or 1.4 mcg at 2 ml. The other 22 ingredients share a 200 mg proprietary blend with no individual amounts. Split evenly, that would be about 9 mg each, but the label does not say how it is split.5 For comparison, the best-known chromium trial the NIH describes used 200 and 1,000 mcg a day.15 If you want to compare doses with a study, show your doctor the full label.

2Read the guarantee version that applies to your order

Olivaro's 60-day guarantee appears on several pages the seller links to, all read on October 9, 2026. All of them give 60 days. The wording differs: the FAQ accepts only sealed bottles and deducts a 20% restocking fee, while the returns page linked from the order page accepts opened or empty bottles with no fee. Some pages count the 60 days from purchase, others from delivery.

Terms of service linked from the order page7"To request a full refund, email contact@customercs.com within 60 days of delivery and return the bottles (even empty)."DeliveryEmpty acceptedNone, "full refund"

All pages read on October 9, 2026. The returns page from the order page gives the return address as 11870 62nd St N, Largo, FL 33773.6 The distributor's terms say the purchase is protected by a "60 day returns policy."9

Simple way to stay covered: keep your receipt and order confirmation, save a copy of the returns page linked from the order page, and open one bottle at a time so the rest stay sealed. If you have a question, email contact@customercs.com and keep the answer. The full steps are in the guarantee section.

3Check the price on the order page, and the offers after checkout

The seller's pages show two price tables. The buttons on this page point to the order page at theolivaro.com/olv-aff-buy-dtc/. When I read that page on October 9, 2026, it listed the prices below, the same ones the main sales page shows.1,2 A second order page on the same site showed lower prices for kits with the same checkout product codes.3

Olivaro prices on two order pages (October 9, 2026)
Order page2 bottles3 bottles6 bottlesShipping
/olv-aff-buy-dtc/ (where my buttons go)2$158 ($79 each)$207 ($69 each)$294 ($49 each)$9.99 on 2 bottles, free on 3 and 6
/olv-aff-buy-dtc-3/3$99.80 ($49.90 each)$119.97 ($39.99 each)$119.40 ($19.90 each)$9.99 on 2 bottles, free on 3 and 6

The checkout loads its total by script, so I could not confirm which of the two prices it charges.3

  • Read the total on the checkout screen before you type your card number. That number is the one that counts.
  • Expect offers after you pay. The post-purchase page opens with "Your Order Is Not Complete Yet!" and offers 12 bottles for $348, 6 for $198, and "Premium Support from the Olivaro team for $29.95." They are optional, and you can decline all of them.10
  • Order on theolivaro.com. Search results for Olivaro on October 9, 2026 included look-alike domains such as olivaroweb.com, oliiivaro.com and olivairo.com, with their own prices and guarantee wording.33

4How long a bottle lasts depends on 1 or 2 droppers

Each bottle holds 30 servings of 1 ml. At 1 dropper a day it lasts 30 days, and the kit names ("60," "90" and "180 Day Supply") assume that dose. At 2 droppers a day, if each holds 1 ml, a bottle lasts 15 days and the 6-bottle kit covers about 90 days.2,5 The cost per day for each kit is in the dosage section.

5An A1C test reflects about 3 months

The A1C test measures your average blood sugar over the past 3 months.27 The guarantee lasts 60 days, and three of the seller's pages ask for at least 30 days of use before a refund request.1,2,4 So plan any check you want before day 60, for example a fasting glucose test that your doctor orders.

Day 0: you order

The sales page and the FAQ count the 60 days from the purchase date. Two policy pages count from delivery instead.1,4,7,8 Write down both dates.

Day 30: the earliest point to ask

The sales page, the order page and the FAQ mention a minimum of 30 days of use before a refund request.1,2,4

Day 60: the refund window closes

This is your last day under every version I found.

Day 90: the first A1C that covers your time on Olivaro

Normal is below 5.7%, prediabetes is 5.7% to 6.4%, and 6.5% or above is diabetes.27 More on reading your numbers in my guide to the prediabetes A1C range.

One more point for realistic expectations: the NIH says, "We don't have reliable evidence that any herbal supplements can help to control diabetes or its complications."16 Olivaro is a dietary supplement, not a diabetes treatment, so keep your medicine and your doctor's plan as they are.

Is Olivaro legit? Who is behind it

Is Olivaro a scam?

No. Olivaro is a real liquid supplement with a published label and a named distributor, Instituto Experience of Lakeland, Florida, sold through a BuyGoods checkout. It went on sale in September 2026, according to the site's own publishing data. As with any new supplement, order on theolivaro.com, check the checkout total and save the refund policy.

  1. A named distributor. The label reads "Distributed by: Instituto Experience, Lakeland FL, 33804, +1 (507) 448-8190, contact@customercs.com." It names no manufacturer, only "an FDA registered facility."5
  2. A known checkout. The buy buttons on the order page lead to a BuyGoods checkout. Another order page on the same site uses a CartPanda checkout instead.2,13
  3. On sale since September 2026. The oldest order page on theolivaro.com was created on September 10, 2026 and the sales page on September 14, according to the site's own publishing data.12 It is a new product, so long-term customer feedback does not exist yet.
  4. Contact details and terms. The order pages list +1 (855) 889-3137 and the label lists +1 (507) 448-8190. The terms of service linked from the order page say disputes are governed by the laws of Barbados and resolved by binding arbitration.2,5,7

The full Olivaro label, from the maker's website. Distributor block on the left panel, product name in the center, Supplement Facts on the right.

What I confirmed, and what I could not

  • The label is consistent. The maker publishes the same label text in three images on its site. One version simply leaves out the distributor block.5,13
  • No subscription. The FAQ says: "Your purchase is a one-time payment with no auto-ship, recurring charges, or hidden fees."4 I did not buy, so I could not see a receipt.
  • Who makes it. No page names the factory, shows a GMP certificate or publishes a lab test of the drops. The "Registered FDA Facility" badge on the sales page refers to the facility and is not FDA approval of the product. The FDA has "not evaluated or approved" products sold to treat diabetes as safe and effective.1,22
  • Made in the USA. The side panel of the label says "Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients."5

So is Olivaro legit? Yes: the product exists, the label is public, the distributor is named and a payment company sits between you and the seller. Buy on theolivaro.com, check the total at checkout, and keep your order confirmation with a copy of the returns page.

What is Olivaro, and does it contain olive?

Olivaro is a liquid dietary supplement sold in a 30 ml (1 fl oz) amber dropper bottle with 30 servings of 1 ml. The front of the label reads "Balanced Blood Sugar Advanced Support" with three claims: "Fasting Blood Sugar Health Support," "Clean Ingredients" and "Balanced Form System."5 The order page describes it as "targeted nutritional support for glucose metabolism, metabolic health, and weight management."2

Does Olivaro contain olive?

The published label lists no olive ingredient. There is no olive, olive oil, olive leaf extract or hydroxytyrosol among its 23 actives or its other ingredients. Studies on olive leaf or olive compounds and blood sugar, which show up in searches for Olivaro, say nothing about this product.

The name invites the mix-up. When I searched "olivaro side effects" on October 9, 2026, the results included research on olives and olive leaf extract next to pages about the drops.33 If a page tells you Olivaro works "like olive oil," it is describing a different product. The label is the only list that counts.5

What is in Olivaro? The label, item by item

Here is everything the Supplement Facts panel prints for one 1 ml serving. I transcribed it from the maker's own label image, including its spelling ("mevenii," "gabonesis," "Typtophan").5

The 22 blend items, in label order: maca root, grape seed, guarana seed, African mango seed, eleuthero root, astragalus root, green tea leaf, gymnema leaf, coleus forskohlii root, capsicum fruit, grapefruit fruit, Panax ginseng aerial extract, raspberry ketones, L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, L-arginine, beta-alanine, monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, GABA, L-ornithine, L-tryptophan and L-carnitine.5

Printed dose: 0.7 mcg

Chromium picolinate

Olivaro contains 0.7 mcg of chromium, as chromium picolinate, per 1 ml serving, which is 2% of the 35 mcg Daily Value, according to its Supplement Facts label. That is also a small fraction of the adult intake the NIH lists for people over 50: 30 mcg for men and 20 mcg for women.5,15

The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements describes a trial in which people taking 1,000 mcg a day had lower fasting glucose than those on placebo or 200 mcg, and a 2019 review of 58 trials that tested 1.28 to 1,000 mcg a day and found only slight drops in glucose and A1C, with uncertain clinical value. The NIH notes that the American Diabetes Association found the evidence insufficient to recommend chromium.15

2019 review of 58 trials1.28 to 1,000 mcg a day15

At 1 ml, Olivaro's 0.7 mcg is below every dose in that review. At 2 ml, 1.4 mcg sits just above the review's lowest dose and well below the 200 and 1,000 mcg of the trial.

The upside of a small dose: no upper limit has been set for chromium, according to the NIH, because few serious adverse effects have been linked to high intakes from food or supplements. The NIH also notes that people with kidney or liver disease might be susceptible to harm from high chromium intakes.15 My own guide covers chromium picolinate for prediabetes in more depth.

In the blend, amount not disclosed

Gymnema leaf

Gymnema has the most glucose research of the blend items. A 2021 meta-analysis of 10 studies and 419 people with type 2 diabetes found lower fasting glucose, after-meal glucose and A1C compared with each group's own starting point, with very high differences between studies.24

The sales page goes further and claims gymnema "helps regenerate the pancreatic cells that produce insulin."1 That is the seller's claim, and no study on Olivaro has shown it. The label does not say how much gymnema each serving contains.

Caffeine source, amount not disclosed

Guarana seed

Guarana contains caffeine, according to the NIH.37 The label does not say how much. The seller's FAQ describes Olivaro as "an active, stimulating supplement" and asks people with "heart problems or high blood pressure" to consult a professional first.4 If you are sensitive to caffeine, or you drink coffee and take a blood pressure pill, that sentence is meant for you.

From licorice, amount not disclosed

Monoammonium glycyrrhizinate

This is a form of glycyrrhizin, the active compound in licorice root. The NIH warns that glycyrrhizin in high amounts or over long periods can cause serious heart rhythm problems. It also says that even small amounts of glycyrrhizin from licorice products have been linked to severe side effects in people with high blood pressure, heart or kidney conditions, or a high-salt diet, and that licorice interacts with corticosteroids.19 The label does not say how much is in each serving.

Known interaction category

Grapefruit fruit extract

The FDA explains that grapefruit juice can block an enzyme that breaks down some medicines, which lets more of the drug into the blood. Its list includes some statins, nifedipine for blood pressure, buspirone, budesonide and amiodarone.20 The FDA page is about juice and fruit, and the amount of extract in this blend is not disclosed. If your medicine carries a grapefruit warning, show your doctor this label.

Aerial extract

Panax ginseng

The label says "Panax Ginseng Aerial Extract," which means the leaves and stems. The sales page shows a root and calls it "an ancient root that improves glucose uptake by muscle cells, independent of insulin."1,5

The NIH describes the evidence on ginseng and blood sugar control as inconclusive and conflicting. It notes that ginseng may lower blood sugar, may affect blood clotting, and that trouble sleeping is its most common side effect.17

Weight claim

African mango seed

The sales page links African mango to "less abdominal fat accumulation."1 A 2013 review of three trials found that all of them reported weight loss, but all had reporting flaws, so it concluded that the effect on body weight is "unproven" and that African mango "cannot be recommended as a weight loss aid." A 2020 meta-analysis rated four of five trials at high risk of bias, and the one low-risk trial found no significant difference.25,26

Leaf extract

Green tea

The NIH reports a modest effect of green tea on body weight. Concentrated green tea extracts have been linked to rare liver injury, and green tea can interact with nadolol, atorvastatin and raloxifene.18 The NIH page does not describe a blood sugar benefit.

The other 14

Maca, grape seed, eleuthero, astragalus and the rest

Maca, grape seed, eleuthero, astragalus, coleus forskohlii, capsicum, raspberry ketones, seven amino acids and GABA fill out the blend. With no amounts listed, there is no way to compare any of them with a study dose, so I have not graded them one by one.5

One household note: the drops are sweetened with xylitol, and the FDA warns that xylitol "can be poisonous to your dog." Keep the bottle out of a pet's reach.30

Sales page or label: which one should you rely on?

Rely on the label. Sales pages are written to sell, and a few lines on Olivaro's sales and order pages go further than the label does. This table puts each one next to what the label or another seller page shows, so you know exactly what you are buying.

Olivaro sales page lines next to the label
The sales or order page saysWhat the label or another seller page shows

Bonus guide on "the best times for sublingual absorption"1"Place in mouth and swallow."5
"100% Natural Ingredients" badge1The other ingredients include sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate, two common preservatives.5
"YOU SAVE $780" on the 2-bottle kit2$358 crossed out minus $158 is $200. $780 is the 6-bottle figure, so go by the price itself, not the savings badge.
"Scientific References" with Harvard, PubMed and The Lancet logos1No study is listed, and the page adds: "The company is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with any of these organizations."4

The sales page also shows testimonials from people who describe "managing my type 2 diabetes."1 I do not reproduce them, because I cannot verify them. The FDA warns that products sold with claims to treat diabetes can lead people to "delay seeking proper timely treatment."21 Use Olivaro as a supplement next to your care, never in place of it.

How long does a bottle of Olivaro last, and what does it cost per day?

How do you take Olivaro, and how long does a bottle last?

The label says to shake well, take 1 or 2 droppers full daily and swallow. Each 30 ml bottle holds 30 servings of 1 ml, so it lasts 30 days at 1 ml a day. At 2 droppers a day, if each holds 1 ml, it lasts 15 days, and the 6-bottle kit covers about 90 days.

Left panel of the Olivaro label: suggested use of 1 or 2 droppers full daily, storage, caution for pregnant or nursing women, under 18s and people with a medical condition, Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients, distributed by Instituto Experience, Lakeland FL
Suggested use and caution panel from the maker's label image. The label does not say how much one dropper holds.

The kit names assume 1 ml a day: "60 Day Supply" for 2 bottles, "90 Day Supply" for 3 and "180 Day Supply" for 6.2 The FAQ suggests taking it "in the morning, preferably before a meal."4 Here is what the prices on the order page work out to at both ends of the label dose.

Olivaro cost per day by kit

3 bottles$20790 days, $2.30 a day45 days, $4.60 a day
6 bottles$294180 days, $1.63 a day90 days, $3.27 a day

Cost per day is the total divided by the days the kit lasts. The 2 ml column assumes a full dropper holds 1 ml, which the label does not confirm. Prices from the order page my buttons point to.2

The 3-bottle kit is my pick to start: 90 days at 1 ml with free shipping, and one A1C test at the end can cover the whole period. Day 90 falls after the 60-day refund window, as the calendar above shows. The 6-bottle kit has the lowest price per bottle, $49, and suits you if you plan to take 2 droppers a day or to keep going for 6 months. Keep the extra bottles sealed until you decide, so they stay covered under the strictest refund rule.2,4

Can you take Olivaro with metformin, insulin or blood pressure pills?

Can I take Olivaro with metformin or insulin?

Ask your doctor first. The NIH says chromium might add to the effect of metformin and other diabetes medicines, and that chromium taken with insulin could raise the risk of low blood sugar. Gymnema and ginseng may also lower glucose. Insulin and sulfonylureas already carry that risk on their own. Never stop a prescribed medicine.

Many readers here are over 45 and take at least one daily pill. This table puts each common medicine next to the Olivaro ingredient that matters for it. It is a list of questions for your doctor or pharmacist, not a list of answers.

Signs of low blood sugar to know before you start

For many people with diabetes, low blood glucose means a reading below 70 mg/dL, though your own target may differ. Mild to moderate signs include shakiness, hunger, tiredness, dizziness, confusion or irritability, a racing or irregular heartbeat, headache, and trouble seeing or speaking clearly. The NIH advice is to eat or drink 15 to 20 grams of glucose or carbohydrates right away, recheck after 15 minutes, and repeat if it is still low.28 Losing consciousness or having a seizure is an emergency.

The ADA says that "without underlying deficiency, there is no benefits from herbal or nonherbal (i.e., vitamin or mineral) supplementation," and asks you to "always discuss any supplements you are taking or want to take with your healthcare team."23 If you want a short list of what to ask, my article on questions to ask your doctor about prediabetes is a good start, and this one covers whether supplements can replace medication.

Olivaro is not Olivine (or Olivero, or Olivara)

Is Olivaro the same as Olivero, Olivine or Olivara?

Olivero is a common misspelling of Olivaro and points to the same drops. Olivine is a mineral and also the name of an older olive-based weight loss capsule. Olivara is an unrelated UK store whose Trustpilot page, rated 1.6 out of 5, shows up in searches for Olivaro complaints. Neither Olivine nor Olivara is Olivaro.

What do Olivaro reviews say, and why do they show 4.9 stars?

What do Olivaro reviews say?

Most Olivaro reviews online repeat the sales page and show 4.8 to 4.9 stars, including one "from 22,791 reviews" on a page whose rating widget showed one vote. On October 9, 2026, Olivaro had been on sale since September, and the one Trustpilot profile the brand appears to have claimed had zero reviews. None of those ratings can be verified.

Many Olivaro pages show near-perfect scores. On October 9, 2026 I read the ones that rank or advertise for the name. Here is what they claimed:34

  • 4.9 stars "from 22,791 reviews," on a page whose own rating widget showed one vote.
  • 4.8 stars from "20,000+" reviews and "22,000+" reviews, on the same page.
  • "Amazon 4.9 from 3,489 reviews."
  • "Reddit 4.9, BBB 4.9, Consumer Reports 4.8," on a page that also called the drops capsules and listed ingredients that are not on the label.

The one profile the brand appears to have claimed, Trustpilot's page for olivarodrops.shop, had zero reviews that day.36 The product has been on sale since September 2026.12 This page shows no customer star rating, because there is none I can check. My 4.3 is my own score on five criteria, explained in the verdict.

Who is Olivaro for, and who should ask a doctor first?

A good fit if

  • You want to try a liquid supplement for metabolism support alongside diet and exercise.
  • You are an adult and take no insulin, sulfonylurea or other glucose-lowering medicine.
  • You prefer drops you can swallow over pills, with no sugar listed in the ingredients.
  • You are fine with a formula where only chromium has a printed amount and the 22 blend items share 200 mg.
  • Your doctor has seen the full label above and has no objection.

Skip it, or ask your doctor first, if

  • You use insulin, a sulfonylurea or a meglitinide, because of the low blood sugar risk.15,28
  • You have high blood pressure that is not controlled, a heart rhythm problem or kidney disease.19
  • Your medicine carries a grapefruit warning, or you take levothyroxine, a blood thinner or a corticosteroid.15,17,20
  • You are pregnant or nursing, or under 18, as the label itself says.5
  • You are sensitive to caffeine, or you have a dog that could reach a xylitol product.30
  • You hope it will replace your medicine. The NIH says not to replace medical treatment for diabetes with an unproven product.16

Prices from theolivaro.com/olv-aff-buy-dtc/, read October 9, 2026; crossed-out prices of $358, $537 and $1,074 are $179 a bottle times the kit size.2 The sales page says 3 and 6 bottle orders come with six e-books, including titles called "Diabetes Freedom" and "Nerve Renew Guide."1 I have not read them and did not count them as value.

There is no single-bottle kit on the order page. The sales page shows a 30:00 countdown timer and the line "While Supplies Last."1 Take your time and choose the kit that fits your plan and your budget.

The 60-day guarantee: how to use it

What is Olivaro's refund policy?

Every version of Olivaro's guarantee gives 60 days. The returns page linked from the order page accepts opened or empty bottles with no fee; the FAQ accepts only sealed bottles, after at least 30 days of use, minus a 20% restocking fee. Keep your receipt, save the returns page and ask for any refund in writing before day 60.

The side-by-side table is in what to know before you buy. These steps are what I would do with my own money, based on what the documents say.

  1. Before you pay, save the rules. Take a screenshot or a PDF of the returns page and the terms of service linked at the bottom of the order page, with the date visible.6,7
  2. Keep your receipt and write down two dates: the day you order and the day the box arrives. Some pages count 60 days from purchase, others from delivery. Plan around the earlier one.
  3. Open one bottle at a time. Keep the others sealed until you decide, so you are covered even under the strictest rule.4
  4. Decide by day 45 or so. If you want a refund, email contact@customercs.com with your order number and ask for a return authorization. Quote the returns page sentence that accepts opened bottles. The order page also lists +1 (855) 889-3137.2,6
  5. Ship with tracking to the address support gives you. The returns page lists 11870 62nd St N, Largo, FL 33773, and says return postage is on you.6
  6. If you do not hear back, contact the checkout company shown on your receipt and your card issuer, with your saved pages, your emails and the tracking number.

Olivaro pros and cons

Pros

  • A simple liquid: 1 or 2 droppers a day, swallowed, no pills.5
  • No sugar among the ingredients; it is sweetened with stevia and xylitol.5
  • Ingredients common in metabolism supplements, such as chromium picolinate, gymnema, green tea and Panax ginseng.5
  • A small 200 mg blend, with a caution on the label for pregnancy, nursing, under 18s and medical conditions.5
  • Every version of the guarantee gives 60 days, and the returns page linked from the order page accepts opened or empty bottles.6
  • The seller states a one-time payment with no auto-ship or recurring charges.4
  • The 3 and 6 bottle kits ship free in the US and cost $1.63 to $2.30 a day at 1 ml.2

Cons

  • Only chromium has a printed amount, 0.7 mcg per 1 ml (2% of the Daily Value); the 22 blend items share 200 mg with no individual amounts.5
  • Guarana, licorice-derived glycyrrhizinate and grapefruit extract mean you should clear it with your doctor if you have high blood pressure or take certain medicines.5,19,20
  • Stock is limited because of high demand, so some kits can sell out.
  • Sold only on the official website. It is not offered on marketplaces like Amazon or Walmart, or in pharmacies.

Get more from it: the habits that move A1C

I reversed my own prediabetes, and my A1C went from 6.1 to 5.4. That is one person's result and not a promise. Olivaro, like any supplement, is meant to sit on top of the basics below, not replace them.

If you add Olivaro, keep these habits in place and show your doctor the label at your next visit, so the two of you can follow your numbers together.

Final verdict: Olivaro reviews, 4.3 out of 5

4.3 / 5

Recommended for adults who want to try a simple liquid supplement for metabolism support alongside diet and exercise. Olivaro has a public label with no sugar listed, a small blend with a clear caution, a 60-day guarantee and free shipping from 3 bottles. Read what to know before you buy, and check with your doctor if you take any medicine.

How I scored it. Five criteria that matter to a buyer, each from 1 to 5, and the overall is their plain average: (4.5 + 4.0 + 4.0 + 4.5 + 4.5) / 5 = 21.5 / 5 = 4.3. Commission plays no part; I earn the same per sale at any score.

  • Ease of use: 4.5. A liquid you swallow, 1 or 2 droppers a day, with no sugar listed. Half a point off because the label does not say how much one dropper holds.5
  • Ingredient profile: 4.0. Chromium picolinate plus a blend of ingredients common in metabolism supplements, such as gymnema, green tea, Panax ginseng and African mango; gymnema has the most glucose research among them. Points off because only chromium has a printed amount, 0.7 mcg (2% of the Daily Value), and no study has tested Olivaro itself.5,15,24
  • Safety and label caution: 4.0. The total blend is small, 200 mg, the label prints a caution for pregnancy, nursing, under 18s and medical conditions, and no upper limit has been set for chromium, according to the NIH. Points off because guarana, glycyrrhizinate and grapefruit extract have no listed amounts, and because chromium, gymnema and ginseng may add to the effect of diabetes medicines.5,15,19,20
  • Guarantee: 4.5. 60 days in every version, and the returns page linked from the order page accepts opened or empty bottles. Half a point off because the wording differs between pages, with sealed bottles only and a 20% fee in the FAQ, so keep your receipt.4,6,7
  • Price and value: 4.5. A one-time payment with no auto-ship, free US shipping on 3 and 6 bottles, and $1.63 to $2.30 a day at 1 ml. Half a point off because the seller's site shows two price tables and offers add-ons after checkout.2,3,4,10

Bottom line: for an adult who wants to add a liquid supplement to a plan of diet, activity and regular checkups, Olivaro is an easy one to try. Start with the 3-bottle kit, clear it with your doctor if you take medicine, keep your receipt, and use the order page my buttons link to so you see the same prices I checked.

Olivaro FAQ

Is Olivaro legit?

Yes.

Who makes Olivaro?

Olivaro's label names no manufacturer, only "an FDA registered facility," which is not FDA approval. The distributor is Instituto Experience, Lakeland, Florida, +1 (507) 448-8190. The order page on theolivaro.com sends buyers to a BuyGoods checkout. No seller page shows a factory name, a GMP certificate or a lab test of the drops.

Does Olivaro work for diabetes or prediabetes?

Olivaro is a dietary supplement for metabolism support, not a treatment for diabetes or prediabetes. No published study has tested Olivaro itself. Its label prints one dose, chromium at 0.7 mcg per 1 ml, and a 200 mg blend of 22 ingredients without individual amounts. Use it alongside diet, exercise and your doctor's plan, never in place of medicine.

What are the ingredients in Olivaro?

The label lists chromium picolinate at 0.7 mcg plus a 200 mg proprietary blend of 22 items: maca, grape seed, guarana, African mango, eleuthero, astragalus, green tea, gymnema, coleus forskohlii, capsicum, grapefruit, Panax ginseng aerial extract, raspberry ketones, glutamine, tyrosine, arginine, beta-alanine, glycyrrhizinate from licorice, GABA, ornithine, tryptophan and carnitine.

Can I take Olivaro if I have high blood pressure?

Talk to your doctor first. The seller's own FAQ calls Olivaro an active, stimulating supplement and asks people with heart problems or high blood pressure to consult a professional. The blend contains guarana, a caffeine source, and glycyrrhizinate from licorice. The NIH says even small amounts of glycyrrhizin have been linked to severe side effects in people with high blood pressure or heart or kidney conditions. The amounts are not disclosed.

How much does Olivaro cost, and is there a subscription?

On October 9, 2026 the order page listed 2 bottles for $158 plus $9.99 shipping, 3 for $207 and 6 for $294, both with free US shipping. The seller's FAQ says it is a one-time payment with no auto-ship. The seller's pages show two price tables, so check the total on the checkout screen before paying.

How I researched this review

I did not buy or take Olivaro and did not receive a sample. This is a document review. On October 9, 2026 I read the seller's sales page, six order pages, the FAQ, the policy pages linked from them and the post-purchase offer page; transcribed the label from the maker's own images; read the 17 third-party Olivaro pages I could open; and checked each ingredient against NIH, FDA, CDC and ADA pages and PubMed. Product images are the maker's official artwork. I recheck prices and refund terms every 90 days, or sooner if the seller changes them.
